A Logistics Software Expert with 15+ Years of Experience
With over 15 years of experience in the logistics software industry, Lance has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in leading teams of developers based across the world to build custom logistics applications and platforms.
With an innate understanding of Amazon Web Services and how it can be leveraged to provide solutions that are scalable and reliable, he has successfully rolled out industry first logistics solutions for small and large businesses on both the company domains and shopping cart technologies including Shopify, Woocommerce and many more.
In addition to logistics software he has been responsible for the design and implementation of custom franchise and sales person management systems.
Lance has also designed and developed IOS and Android applications to supplement the user experience and functionality of the online platform.
Lance has successfully onboarded and integrated multiple logistics carrier partners including UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, Hermes/EVRI, DHL Parcel, ExFreight, Pallex, Palletways, DX, City Sprint, Tuffnells and Yodel.
Lance has organised and multiple training presentations at Regional and National events to the company franchise network.
Lance has sat on the board of directors for a number of years developing policy to sit along the systems in order to support the franchise network.
When he's not working hard on his business and World Options franchise, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.

With a background in law, Phil has a decade of experience in logistics, specialising in advising customers on regulations and compliance. Phil also has an excellent track record in providing strategic advice when it comes to logistics planning.
Having spent time working in both the UK and the USA, advising SMEs on how to access the international export market, Phil has a solid understanding of what it takes to turn a small company that serves its local community into a global shipper that punches above its weight.
Phil has a wealth of experience working with Shopify customers, advising them on shipping and how to utilise automation tools to maximise efficiency and output while minimising the need for constant human intervention.
Having worked with small companies and sole traders consisting of just one employee, up to large, global companies that span multiple continents with thousands of employees, Phil is able to advise on the best strategy for any company's needs.
With a constant eye on global affairs, Phil is able to advise on potential issues relating to the logistics industry before they become a globally recognised problem. In this way Phil has helped customers avoid falling into unnecessary shipping problems on numerous occasions.
When not working hard for his customers, Phil enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife, playing guitar, and following his hometown football team Wrexham AFC.
